What information do you need for a quotation?

Start with product, standard, grade, OD, wall, length, quantity and destination. Attach a BOQ or drawing if available. Unknown fields can be marked “To be confirmed”.

Can you confirm my size and grade?

Submit the exact requirement. Availability, manufacturing route, tolerances and delivery must be confirmed in a written technical and commercial offer.

Can I request third-party inspection?

Include your inspection agency, hold points and acceptance criteria in the RFQ. The inspection scope and costs require agreement before ordering.

Are certificates and project references available?

Verified company documents, certificates and approved case studies are pending addition. Request the documents needed for your vendor qualification.

Does the website provide a binding offer?

No. All specifications, availability, pricing and delivery require written confirmation. A submitted inquiry is a request for technical review, not a binding commercial offer.
